Yes. The Email registrants screen sends to everyone with a live entry and a real address, with a live recipient count and a confirmation step before anything goes out. Cancelled entries, opt-outs, and bounced addresses are left out automatically. Replies come to the sender’s own inbox, not a noreply. Two sends a day is the limit, which covers a schedule change and a correction.
