A free website for your show
Every show on Car Show HQ gets a real website, free: registration, your sponsor page, the schedule, and live results, all on an address that reads like your event. Add your own pages for the things every show ends up explaining, put your name and logo on all of it, and when you want the platform marks gone entirely, white-label and a custom domain are the paid upgrade.

A real website, not just a form
The free plan does not hand you a bare registration link. Your show gets a whole site: a home page with the date, location, and classes, online registration, your public sponsor page, and results that stay up after the show ends. For plenty of clubs this replaces the website they were paying to keep alive, and it costs nothing.

Add your own pages
Every show has things to explain that do not fit a registration form: where to park, the day-of schedule, trailer rules, where the proceeds go. Add your own pages to your show’s site and put that information at your own address, instead of scattering it across a Facebook post someone has to dig for. The pages live in your show’s own navigation, so a registrant finds parking instructions the same place they signed up.
A custom domain that belongs to your show
Give your show its own subdomain, or point a custom domain you already own straight at it. Either way, the link you share reads like your event, so registrants know they are in the right place before they even sign up, and your show stops looking like it lives on someone else’s site.

The lock in the address bar, handled for you
Every show gets a secure connection set up automatically, so the padlock is there without you touching a single setting. Registrants see a site that looks safe and official, because it is, and that trust is often the difference between someone signing up and someone clicking away.

A branded show page with your name and logo
Add your logo and your show’s name so the pages feel like your event, not a template. Registrants see your show start to finish, which builds the trust that gets people to sign up, tell their friends, and come back next year to the address they already know.

Search and social basics, included
Every show page ships with the technical groundwork a club would otherwise pay an agency for. Each show gets a clean, shareable address with one canonical URL, and when next year’s show goes up, old links and printed QR codes redirect instead of breaking. Links pasted into Facebook, Messenger, or a group chat unfurl with your hero image or flyer and a real description. Show pages carry event structured data and proper meta descriptions, your domain gets a sitemap that lists only real pages, and utility screens like the ballot and kiosk stay out of Google.
A follow row for your club's accounts
Add your club’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and website links once in your branding settings, and a clean icon row appears on your show pages inviting people to follow the club. It is styled to match the rest of your page, so on a white-label show it reads as yours, because it is.
Page views, counted for you
Your dashboard carries a Site traffic card: page views for the last seven and thirty days, a two-week bar chart, and a breakdown by page, so you can see whether people are landing on the show page, the registration form, voting, results, or your sponsorship pitch. Nothing to install and nothing to configure, and it starts the moment your show is published. We count it ourselves with no cookies, no tracking pixel, and no visitor profiles, which also means no consent banner on your show page. It is a count of page views by day and by page, not a pile of charts nobody reads. If you do want traffic sources and cities, paste a Google Analytics measurement ID into your settings and the tag goes on your public pages only, never on the manage side, the kiosk, or the TV board.
Branding and domain questions, answered
Can I remove the Car Show HQ branding from my show?
Yes. On the white-label tier the show looks like yours, not ours: your event runs on its own web address with your name and logo up front, from the sign-up page to the results, and the Car Show HQ marks come off. Registrants see your show start to finish.
Can I use a custom domain I already own?
Yes. You can give your show its own subdomain, or point a custom domain you already own straight at it. Either way the link you share reads like your event, so registrants recognize the address and know they are in the right place before they sign up.
Is the branded show page secure for registrants?
Yes. Every show gets a secure connection set up automatically, so the padlock shows in the address bar without you touching a setting. Registrants see a site that looks safe and official, which matters because they are entering their details and paying on it.
Does branding change where the payment money goes?
No. Branding and domains only change how the show looks to your registrants. Payments still run through your own connected payment account, so your money never touches us. You get a branded page on your own address, and the funds land with you.
Does Car Show HQ help my show get found on Google?
The groundwork is built in: one clean canonical address per page, event structured data, real meta descriptions, social preview cards, and a sitemap that lists only pages worth indexing. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, so we will not, but the technical work an agency would bill for is already done on every show page.
Can I see how many people visited my show page?
Yes. The dashboard shows page views for the last seven and thirty days with a two-week chart and a per-page breakdown, counted without cookies or a tracking pixel, so your show page needs no consent banner. Bots, your own staff, the kiosk, and the TV board are left out, so the number reflects visitors. You can also add your own Google Analytics ID if you want sources and cities.
