Judges score on their phones, no app, no account
Flip any class to judged and hand each volunteer a six-digit code. They sign in at your show’s judge page, see their assigned classes with progress right on the card, and score each checked-in car on big stepper buttons with a running total. Saving a score moves them straight to the next unscored car.
The classic sheet your club already knows
Every judged class starts from the classic sheet: exterior and paint, interior, engine bay, undercarriage and wheels, overall impression, each scored 0 to 20. Keep it, trim it, or build a different sheet for any class. Scores combine by average or straight sum, whichever your rulebook calls for.
Every score change is kept
Score edits never overwrite. Each change is stored next to the original, the same way votes are, so a disputed award has a paper trail instead of a shrug. You can watch judging coverage per class while it happens, and if a judge goes rogue you can void their scores with one tap.
Show the crowd the race, hide the finish
Put the live People’s Choice leaderboard on a screen so the crowd can follow along, or switch to a rankings-only view. Judged results stay hidden from everyone until you finalize them, so the awards ceremony keeps its suspense.
A tally in seconds, not a frantic hour
When voting closes, the counting is already done. Category winners, Best of Show, and People’s Choice come out ready to read, and special awards like Longest Distance or Club Pick sit right alongside them. A show can mix judged classes and crowd voting freely, which is how real shows run.
Tick trophies off as they go out
Finalizing results turns the winners into a checklist. Every trophy is listed with its car number, the award it is for, and the owner’s name, and you tick each one off as it is handed over. The time is recorded, there is an undo if you tap the wrong row, and a running count at the top tells you how many are still on the table.
That sounds small until the ceremony is actually running. One car often wins three awards. Somebody went home at two o’clock. Two volunteers are working the same trophy table from opposite ends. The checklist is what stops a trophy going out twice, and it is what tells you on Monday morning exactly who still needs theirs.
Your show's history lives on
A finished show’s page does not disappear. Every show keeps its web address forever, and once you finalize results the page grows a Winners section: the winning car in every class and special award, with year, make, and model, the owner’s name, and the vote count or judged points behind the win. You can batch-upload gallery photos with captions that render in a grid on the public page. Winners come from the same immutable vote and scorecard records as the live tallies, and last year’s winners page is the best advertising next year’s registration will ever get.

How does car show judging software count the votes?

Can the crowd see the leaderboard during the show?

How do car show judges score without an app?

It stays up, at the same address, for good. Once you finalize results the page shows every class winner with the car, the owner's name, and the count or points behind the win, plus any gallery photos you upload. Returning entrants land on last year's winners when they look up this year's show.
What if a winner leaves before the awards ceremony?
The trophy list keeps their row open. You tick winners off as trophies are handed over, so anyone who left early is still sitting there unticked with their car number, award, and name when you come back to it. Nothing gets lost, and nothing gets handed out twice.
