The car show platform

Your show deserves better than a spreadsheet

Car Show HQ is car show software that runs registration, judging, sponsors, and payouts from one clean platform, built for volunteer organizers, not IT departments.

Questions, answered plainly

How much does Car Show HQ cost?

The full product is free: registration, sponsor tiers, the tip jar, QR voting, live results, and tallies, with no size cap. Free shows run on a carshowhq.com address with a small promo card. Making the show fully your own brand, on your own domain, is the only thing that costs money: white-label from $39 per show or $199 a year unlimited.

How many volunteers does it take to run a show?

Fewer than the paper version. Registration happens before the gate opens, walk-ups check themselves in on a kiosk, and the vote tallies itself. A handful of people can run the day and still enjoy the show.

Do registrants need an app?

No. Everything runs in a web browser on any phone. They tap your link, enter their car, and pay.

Can I still take cash at the gate?

Yes. Mark walk-ups as paid in cash and they show up in the same entry list and reports.

Is my club's money safe?

Payments are handled by an established processor and paid out to your bank account. You see every transaction.

Who builds this

Built by someone who actually runs car shows

Car Show HQ is not a general events platform with a car show skin on it. It is built by an organizer who runs shows, which is why it worries about the things that actually go wrong: the stray entry left behind by a declined card, the judge squinting at a clipped label, the person at the gate with no phone who still wants a vote.

That is a slower way to build software. It is also why show day tends to go quietly.
