Help for organizers running a show
A real person answers, usually within a day, and faster when a show is live. If your event is today, say so at the top of your message and it goes to the front of the queue.
How to reach us
Email support
Write to support@thecarshowhq.com with your show name and what is happening. Screenshots help more than anything else you can send.

The organizer guides cover planning, judging, sponsors, budgets, and show day, and they answer a good share of what people write in about.

Most show-day messages come down to a handful of things, and you can usually clear them faster than we can reply.
- Nobody can register. Check the show stage. Registration has to be open, and a show cannot be published at all if it charges money with no payment provider connected.
- Voting is not working. Voting opens as its own stage, so a show that is merely published will show a “voting is not open” screen.
- The kiosk or voting station will not open. Both use the day code from your settings, and the code changes daily.
- A card was declined and retried. Withdraw the stray pending entry; the car number stays reserved so the printed card is still good.
Still stuck? Email us with the show name and what you are seeing.
Support questions, answered
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a day, and faster when a show is live. Put the show date at the top of your message if it is imminent and it gets picked up sooner.
What should I include when I write in?
The show name, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth more than a long description, and if a registrant hit the problem, their car number helps us find the record.
Something is wrong with a payment. Who fixes it?
Entry fees, sponsor payments, and donations settle in your own Square, Stripe, or PayPal account, so refunds and disputes are handled there rather than by us. If the problem is that a payment did not reconcile against an entry, that is ours and we will sort it.
Can you help me move last year's show over?
Yes. If you have last year's entrants in a spreadsheet, save it as a CSV and import it: every row becomes a confirmed entry with a car number, and nobody is emailed about it. If the file fights you, send it to us and we will look.
I want a feature that does not exist yet.
Send it. There is a feature request form in the manage area, and a good share of what shipped this year came from organizers describing something annoying in plain language.
