We’re outside the United States. Does it still work?

Yes. Show times display in your show’s own timezone, the location check works anywhere a phone can get a fix, and a voting-only show takes no payments at all. If you take entry fees, you need a Square, Stripe, or PayPal account that operates in your country, since the money goes to your account, not ours. White-label passes are priced in US dollars.
