A phone or laptop to manage the show, an ordinary office printer for the black-and-white windshield cards, and, if you want the live leaderboard on display, any screen with a browser. Registrants and spectators use their own phones. A tablet on the registration table is nice for walk-up sign-ups, and a card reader is only needed if you want to tap cards at the gate.
