Start times hold across daylight saving too: a nine o’clock Saturday meet is nine o’clock in March and nine o’clock in November. And the next occurrence is created when the current one ends rather than a whole season up front, which is deliberate. It means changing a class, a venue, or an entry fee takes effect the very next meet instead of needing fifty events edited.
