Can people vote without being at the show?

No, and that’s a deliberate limit. Voting works at the show, from the QR on the cards, and the ballot closes when you close it. A ballot anyone can reach from a couch is a ballot the biggest group chat wins, and the point of People’s Choice is the people who showed up. The location check, below, is how you enforce it.
