Staff work from one entry list all day. Pre-registered cars are already on it, walk-ups get added at the kiosk, and Card written on the Card desk is the check-in, so there is no second step. Drivers can also check themselves in from the QR in their confirmation email. Once voting opens, the dashboard offers to check in every registered car still waiting.
