No. Upload a CSV or an Excel .xlsx file (the first sheet of a workbook) from the Registrants page. Match your columns to ours, preview, and every row becomes a confirmed entry with a car number. Existing numbers are kept, blanks get the next free one. Nobody is emailed, and if any row has a problem nothing imports at all, with the errors naming the row numbers.
